We accept returns of unused items, within 14 days of receiving the item. It must always be in perfect condition, without marks or dirt on the soles, and in its original box.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.
Procedure:
• Write us an email to info@slideandswing.es indicating reference or order number, and the item you want to return.
• Indicate which option you prefer for the return:
1. Slideandswing organizes the collection of the package.
We will need to arrange a day and time for the courier to pick up the package and confirm if it is at the same address as the order or a different one (keep in mind that we need at least 24 business hours to organize it).
This service has a cost of €5.95 that will be deducted from the refund once we receive the product at our offices.
In the countries where we operate with DHL, you will receive the return label directly by email so that you can put it on the package and deposit it at the nearest DHL point.
In the rest of the countries, we will send the return label by email, and we will arrange a day and time for the courier to pick up the item at the address you indicate.
This service has a cost of €17 that will be deducted from the refund once we receive the product at our offices.

In any case, it is ESSENTIAL to pack the product correctly so that the content is not visible, and it arrives safe. You can use the same one in which you received it.
Once we receive the item and verify that it is in good conditions, the refund will be made through the same payment method.
After the refund has been processed, the amount will be credited to your account within a maximum period of 10 business days.
Slideandswing reserves the right not to accept a return or apply a depreciation in the following cases: if the returned product is damaged, used, dirty, with obvious marks on the soles, and without its original box or if it is unusable.
